December 2014 Update: Calendars and More!

Best wishes to all from MidShipCentury for the holidays! Much has been going on behind the scenes as we have finally been able to access some hidden treasures from the stores. Many of these items have sold before or immediately after I have posted them to the site, so if you have not done so, please "like" and check in on our Facebook page for updates.

Bent ply ottomans in two sizes and veneers (oak or mahogany) from SS IVERNIA.

After a long dormancy, I have been able to list a handful of restored IVERNIA ottomans in addition to tables, chairs and other ship bits, including some stunning avodire paneling from the AUGUSTUS' first class cabins and suites. They are marked with a red "new" notation on the shop page. Site master/chief engineer Rob DiStefano has also done a great job in tweaking the pages so they look and flow better than ever.

More ottomans from PRINCIPE PERFEITO and STATENDAM will soon follow along with a gorgeous end table from AUSONIA and some more bridge equipment from IVERNIA.

The 2015 MidShipCentury Passenger Ships Desk Calendar is now in stock, featuring thirteen images taken during 2014 by Peter Knego on his globe-encompassing Sea Treks blogs for MaritimeMatters.com.
